Its custom 52100 tool steel stepped shoulder bolts have a chamfered countersink that distributes load evenly and removes the sharp 90-degree edge where OEM and aftermarket bolts typically shear. The stepped bolts also act as the inner bearing sleeves, and the chamfered countersink is proprietary; no other bolt will fit.
How does the height adjustment work?
Two flip-design tokens set the rear axle height: the low setting raises it 12 mm above stock and the high setting 22 mm, approximately 1 inch. Adjusting height at the triangle rather than through the linkage keeps the leverage ratio correct and articulation smooth while preserving structural integrity.

You need a 12 mm hex wrench or 6 mm Allen wrench, a torque wrench and medium-strength (blue) thread locker. Apply grease to the bolts before assembly. Torque the two M10×1.0 stepped shoulder bolts to 45 Nm (33 ft·lb) and the M8×1.25×58 linkage bolt to 25 Nm (18 ft·lb).
