Why replace the stock ETM RTR footpegs?
The Grappler pegs were purpose-built for the ETM RTR and race-tested on RTR builds before release. Moving the platform 10 mm rearward improves balance and rider comfort across terrain types, and the billet aluminum body is machined for riders who want performance as well as looks. When a cleat wears down it unscrews, and a fresh stainless cleat goes in its place.
How does the stepped cleat layout work?
The center row of cleats sits 4 mm higher than the front and rear rows. Under the arch of the boot that raised row gives a more natural foot pad feel and more freedom to roll the foot forward and back, while the lower outer rows keep full traction at the edges of the sole.

How do I install or replace the cleats?
Each cleat threads into the peg body and is tightened with a 7 mm wrench or socket to 3.0 Nm (2.2 ft·lb), with medium-strength blue thread locker on the threads.
