The TECH Suspension E39 Racing is a 39 mm upside-down, dual-crown fork with 230 mm of travel, built for lightweight e-motos. It pairs Kashima Coat outer tubes with DLC-treated steel stanchions and adds new tool-free preload and rebound adjusters on the fork legs. It ships with Medium springs in both legs, CNC-machined black triple clamps, the drop upper crown and a 74.2 mm caliper mount.

The E39 Racing is the premium evolution of TECH's proven E39 platform, and TECH calls it the ultimate performance upgrade from OEM suspension for lightweight e-motos. TECH rates the Kashima Coat on the aluminum outer tubes at about 13% less friction and the DLC on the stanchions at about 35% less, so the fork moves more smoothly through its travel for better small-bump sensitivity, front-wheel tracking and traction. Both coatings also resist wear over time.
The 39 mm chassis and CNC-machined 6082 aluminum triple clamps give a strong, precise front end that takes heavy hits and stays controlled under braking. Damping runs through a dual open-cartridge system with 22 clicks of compression, 32 of rebound and 8 mm of preload, and tool-free preload and rebound adjusters make it easy to set up for rider weight, riding style and terrain. Axle to crown is 770 mm. The drop crown suits 21 inch front wheels; a flat crown for 19 inch wheels is sold separately.
The Medium springs suit riders of 60 to 80 kg (130 to 175 lbs). TECH's manual also lists Extra Soft and Extra Hard springs, and mixing them between the legs gives five settings from up to 50 kg to 90 kg and up. The manual calls for a dust seal clean every 8 hours in dust or mud, an oil change every 35 hours and a full inspection every 100 hours.
