The Heavy Hitter Surron Raysing Billet Suspension Triangle is built for Sur Ron and Segway riders who push their bikes far beyond the comfort zone. Designed to pair perfectly with our Raysing Billet Suspension Linkage yet fully compatible with most aftermarket linkages, this triangle is made to survive the kind of riding that destroys hardware long before the triangle itself fails.
The name “Raysing” isn’t a typo — it’s a nod to one of our team riders who’s notorious for breaking parts and for saying “racing” in his own joking, accented way. It became an inside joke and now a label for the parts tough enough to survive him.
Where most aftermarket triangles are already strong enough, their weak point lies in the hardware. That’s why the Raysing Triangle comes with its own custom-machined hardware kit — no other bolts will fit. The frame-to-triangle bolts are made from 52100 tool steel with a stepped shoulder that doubles as the bearing race inside the frame. We eliminated the sharp 90° edge where OEM and aftermarket bolts typically shear, replacing it with a chamfered countersink that distributes load evenly and adds serious strength.
Height adjustments come from unique flip-design tokens that change the linkage angle: in the low setting, the rear axle sits 12mm higher than stock; in the high setting, 22mm higher — roughly a 1-inch lift. Unlike systems that adjust height through the linkage (and compromise structural integrity), our approach keeps the leverage ratio correct and articulation smooth.
This is the suspension triangle built for real punishment — engineered for aggressive MX, enduro, and riders who don’t just flirt with the bike’s limits, they dance all over them.
