The EXT Suspension Package is a complete front and rear suspension upgrade for the E Ride Pro-Mini R. It pairs an EXT Ferro 36 Mini EMX fork, lowered to 180 mm and optimized for the Mini R, with an EXT Vecta 230 x 65 mm coil shock, a custom rear link and bolt-in mounting hardware. EXT sets up every shock's hydraulics for the bike and the rider.

Note: The Rear shock requires modifications to the OEM Linkage to be compatible, The rear linkage needs to be cleranced about 2 mm with a hand file around the front side shock mount portion to clear shock body.
Suspension works best when both ends are matched. This package replaces the fork and shock together with fully adjustable EXT components built for the Mini R, so the bike stays balanced over rough ground and tunes to your weight and riding style.
Up front, the Ferro 36 Mini is a dual crown inverted MX fork with 36 mm hard-chromed, heat-treated 42CrMo4 stanchions and a Superfinish surface treatment. Its HS3 air system uses twin positive chambers plus a large self-balancing negative chamber for support through the whole stroke, and the 3-way cartridge damper gives independent high and low speed compression plus rebound adjustment. It has a 44 mm offset, a 200 mm post mount brake tab and Boost spacing with a 20 mm hexagonal floating axle; a hub adaptor is included and the stock fender still fits.
Out back, the Vecta shock is 3-way adjustable for low speed compression, high speed compression and low speed rebound, with user-adjustable hydraulic bottom-out control. It runs a high-flow 29 mm main piston and a 24 mm valve piston. Its 14 mm shaft, 50% larger than most coil shock shafts, helps it handle big side loads, and a low 55 psi reservoir pressure keeps it sensitive with low cavitation. The recommended EXT shock springs run from 400 lb (plush) or 450 lb (firm) for riders up to 140 lb, to 600 lb or 650 lb for riders over 210 lb. EXT fits the spring to the rider, so select your correct weight with your order.
