Descripción

The Renthal Twinwall is a 1-1/8 inch (28.6 mm) handlebar built from two aluminum tubes, one inside the other, for e-moto riders who are hard on bars. Pick from 7 bends, from the low 999 McGrath to the tall 923 RC Mini / 85cc, in up to six colors, with every bend's numbers in the chart below. Each bar includes Renthal's injection molded foam bar pad.

Fitment:

  • Universal 1-1/8 Inch Handlebar

NOTE: Requires 1-1/8 inch bar mounts

Renthal borrowed the two-tube idea from aircraft design. The outer tube is 7010-T73 aluminum with extreme resistance to mechanical damage, anodized against corrosion, while the inner tube is ultra high strength 7010-T6, hard anodized to resist wear from the twist grip and controls. Rubber seals cap the ends of the outer tube to keep water and cleaning fluids out, and a laser mark in the middle makes centering the bar in your clamps quick. Renthal has built the Twinwall since 1998 and says it has helped more riders win championships than any other handlebar.

Each bend copies a full-size MX setup. Renthal places the 997 RC near the middle of its range; Ricky Carmichael made it popular at Pro Circuit Kawasaki and American Honda, and it matches the 2004 to 2013 Honda CR / CRF and 2006 to 2013 Kawasaki KX / KXF bar. The 999 McGrath is the lowest here at 79 mm tall, and the 923 RC Mini / 85cc is the tallest at 112 mm on a narrower 754 mm bar.

Compare the chart with the bar you run now: height (B) and rise (C) set where the grips sit, width (A) should suit your shoulders, and sweep (E) pulls the ends back toward you. Want a single-wall bar instead? The Renthal Fatbar comes in 12 bends.
