We know you want to keep your Mahindra Roxor reliable. That means keeping it cool. Cool is easy at the factory 62HP, but as you increase the power the need for additional cooling becomes obvious. Mahindra's higher HP Indian models come factory equipped with an intercooler. Higher power requires higher boost levels, which means more heat in the intake. Intercoolers counteract this effect. If you're working your Roxor with extra power, you need the RX-Intercooler Kit to keep your adventure going.
The Stealth RX-Intercooler Kit includes all piping, intercooler, boots, clamps, and required accessories to install the charge air cooler behind the grill of your Roxor. This kit maximizes the air density and efficiency of your turbocharging system. You get more power, lower EGTs, improved long-term reliability, and cleaner-burning exhaust. When used in conjunction with our Custom Switchable Tuning and Stealth RX41 this kit will take your Roxor to the next level.
If you are serious about 120+ RWHP with your Roxor, you'll want to check out the South Bend Roxor Clutch. The upgraded Organic Clutch is rated at 225 hp and 415 ft/lbs of torque and includes the South Bend pressure plates.
If 160+RWHP is more your speed, you'll want to check out our water-methanol injection kit. This kit installs in a few hours with basic tools and uses low-temp-rated washer fluid (Methanol) injected at high pressure into the intake to increase power. Our intercooler kit comes with fittings to easily accept the nozzles for this kit.
If you have an (AT) transmission Roxor, this kit will require minor modification to fit.
