What bikes does the Heavy Hitter billet display mount fit?

  • E Ride Pro-S
  • E Ride Pro-SS
  • E Ride Pro-SS 2.0
  • E Ride Pro-SS 3.0
  • E Ride Pro-SS 4.0
  • E Ride Pro-SR
  • Talaria with the upgraded ChangCheng display

Why replace the OEM display mount?

The OEM display mounts are incompatible with upgraded direct mount stems. Heavy Hitter's mount solves that with a single-sided design that works alongside most direct mount stems without modification, so a rider who fits a direct mount stem does not lose the display. The multi-position adjustment lets you mount the display forward, middle or back while keeping the screen angled directly toward you, and the mount fits the ChangCheng display on any bike with a 31.8 mm handlebar.

What is in the box?

  • 1 x handlebar clamp ring
  • 1 x adjustable display pivot arm
  • 1 x main clamp body
  • 2 x stainless steel socket-head screws M5x0.8x12
  • 3 x stainless steel socket-head screws M4x0.7x12
  • 2 x stainless steel hexagon socket button head screws M5x0.8x16
  • 1 x stainless steel socket-head screw M4x0.7x8

How do I install the display mount and what are the torque values?

Heavy Hitter rates the install at about 10 minutes with a 3 mm and a 4 mm Allen wrench and a torque wrench, using medium-strength (blue) thread locker on the screws. The tech sheet gives two torque values: the M5x0.8x12 and M5x0.8x16 screws go to 4.5 Nm (3.3 ft·lb), and the M4x0.7x12 and M4x0.7x8 screws go to 2.2 Nm (1.6 ft·lb). The exploded diagram with each screw's position is in the assembly guide (PDF).

Does it fit moto bars or narrow bend bars?

The clamp is sized for a 31.8 mm handlebar. If you are running true moto bars, a shim kit is required. With most narrow bend bars you will not be able to center the mount on the centerline of the bike. Riders pairing the mount with a direct mount stem can read the Heavy Hitter 2 Inch Riser Direct Mount Stem specs for the 31.8 mm stem or the Heavy Hitter MX Direct Mount Riser for 1 1/8 in bars.
