NOTE: All photos display 3D printed models; a machined mold is in the process of production as of 6/15/25. Once complete, we will be doing a small batch production run of ABS plastic to test. The Rift Headlight Mask evokes something powerful, raw, and dramatic—like tearing open a path through darkness! This mask was created because nothing like it exists on the E-Moto market: a headlight seamlessly integrated into a number plate. The best-looking headlight setups on our bikes have always been Baja S2 lights mounted into ODI or KTM plates, and we wanted to bring that look to everyone.
Our goal was maximum versatility to fit a range of bikes with different fork diameters and widths. Mounting the Rift Mask is as easy as traditional E-Moto number plates—simply use zip ties around the fork tubes. We went through 17 iterations of the mounting points before perfecting a design that works with almost everything, from Ultra Bee-sized bikes to pit bikes. We also included an oversized brake line guide, solving a common issue most E-Motos face.
The vertical headlight mount isn’t just for its aggressive, unique look—it also keeps the mask feeling slim while leaving space for race numbers above the light, so they’re clearly visible. As racers ourselves, we know the struggle of fitting numbers properly, and this design fixes that. While the Baja S2 is designed for horizontal mounting, the vertical setup with a flood lens still works surprisingly well. There’s a minimal difference, but we’ve already discussed a dedicated vertical lens with Baja Designs engineers, which could become an easy, affordable upgrade in the future.
Mounting your Baja S2 to the Rift Mask is straightforward, with all hardware included. Simply remove the OEM faceplate that retains the Baja lens and replace it with the Rift Mask. We spent months testing 3D-printed prototypes—far weaker than the final version—so you can trust the production model’s flexible ABS construction (the same material as dirt bike plastics). The billet aluminum faceplate ring ensures even clamp pressure across the mask and headlight lens, eliminating uneven surfaces and vibrations, for a perfectly sealed headlight no matter the terrain.
NOTE: The headlight is in a fixed position! It is possible to adjust the height by adjusting the fork mounts (top/bottom) in or outwards.
