The Rogue swingarm was created from necessity, in a racing environment the OEM E Ride Pro swingarm just cannot withstand the constant beating, even at stock power levels, and you likely have experienced this yourself unknowingly... The OEM swingarm can bend from flying through whoops, entering corners fast, and obviously landing jumps. This is what led Heavy Hitter to create the Rogue swingarm so we can race our bikes without swingarm issues causing us to DNF a race, or risk damages to other components.
This is a fully welded-together billet 6061 T6 aluminum swingarm, with a machined steel brake bracket retaining pin. The geometry has been tailored to improve the rear shock ratio with the change of articulation caused by the extended length, which is what makes pairing this with our adjustable height triangle a great option. The center cross support has been lowered allowing the chain to go around it rather than through it, like a traditional motocross swing arm. The bearing design has been improved to a needle bearing with a load rating of 6500 static pound-force per bearing compared to the stock bearing rating of only 1030 lbs. per bearing. Pairing with the jackshaft retaining sleeve made from 52100 nitrided steel this greatly increases the strength of the entire jackshaft system and greatly decreases bearing side load.
The choice to keep your original jackshaft bearing and sleeve design is yours as both options are included, but the stock configuration reduces the amount of force the jackshaft bolt can withstand without bending.
With the 2.5" extension you will gain better traction, control, and cornering speed. Although turning will be dependent on fork setup and rear lift linkage/triangle setup. This will essentially give you the same wheelbase as an Ultra Bee.
