It includes (4) M8 axle pinch bolts, (4) M8 lower triple clamp bolts, (5) M8 upper triple clamp bolts and (8) M5 button head bolts for the plastics and mud guards, all machined from certified Grade 5 6AL-4V titanium.

Fitment:

Talaria Komodo with the factory fork

NOTE: Use a torque wrench and do not exceed spec. Over-torquing titanium into aluminum fork legs can damage the threads.

The Komodo fork carries a lot of hardware: 13 M8 bolts across the two triple clamps and the axle pinch, plus 8 small bolts holding the fork guards and mud guards. Every one of them faces forward into the spray, and steel bolts rust and seize in aluminum clamps. Swapping the lot for titanium keeps the clamps clean and the bolts moving.

Titanium Surron rates the kit at 45% lighter than the OEM hardware and machines every piece from certified Grade 5 6AL-4V with rolled threads for fatigue strength. The anodized or PVD finish adds corrosion resistance and comes in Rainbow, Teal, Light Purple, Silver, Black, Blue, Burnt Blue, Green or Gold.

Fit the bolts group by group with a torque wrench. The upper triple takes 5 bolts, the lower triple 4, the axle pinch 4, and the plastics 8, and the aluminum threads in the fork legs are easy to damage if you lean on them, so stop at spec.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0511/3964/1496/files/titanium-talaria-komodo-fork-bolt-kits-21-pcs-8322106.jpg?v=1792073482
