Torque to spec with a torque wrench, neither over nor under, with blue Loctite 243 on the threads, and allow 24 hours to cure before riding.

The swingarm bolts hold the back half of the bike on, and the OEM steel bolts are prone to corrosion. This pair replaces both with titanium that will not rust, in Burnt Blue, Blue, Gold, Green, light Purple, Deep Purple, Rainbow, Black, Silver (Raw) or Teal.

Titanium Surron machines them from certified Grade 5 (6AL-4V) titanium with rolled threads, which the maker rates for greater fatigue strength than cut threads. By the maker's numbers the alloy has the same strength as steel at 45% of the weight and the bolts are 45% lighter than the OEM parts. The anodized or PVD coating is for corrosion resistance in harsh conditions.

Treat the install as a torque job. Set both bolts with a torque wrench, use the threadlocker, and give it a full day before you ride.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0511/3964/1496/files/titanium-talaria-sting-swing-arm-bolts-set-of-two-752121.jpg?v=1792073447
