This kit replaces the fork fasteners with titanium: (4) M5 axle pinch bolts, (4) lower triple clamp bolts and (3) upper triple clamp bolts, all socket cap, plus (6) M5 button head bolts for the plastics and mudguard. Choose the kit type with (2) titanium axle-end bolts if you want the axle ends to match.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTitanium Surron machines the bolts from certified Grade 5 (6AL-4V) titanium with rolled threads, which the maker rates for greater fatigue strength than cut threads. The maker also puts the weight saving at 45% against the OEM hardware, with the same strength as steel. The anodized or PVD coating resists corrosion and comes in Burnt Blue, Black, Gold, Green, Purple, Rainbow, Silver (raw), Blue and Teal.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFork hardware carries real loads, so use a torque wrench and follow the factory torque values for each bolt position.
