kyvex-billet-aluminum-frame-sur-ron-lbx
KyVex Billet Aluminum Frame - Sur Ron LBX

The KyVex Billet Frame is a fully billet aluminum replacement for the cast factory frame on the Sur Ron LBX, CNC-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum. It is a direct replacement, so every OEM component transfers over and bolts on in its original location. Choose from six anodized colors: Black, Silver, Red, Blue, Gold and Purple.

Fitment:

Sur Ron LBX

NOTE: For dirt use only.

The cast aluminum stock frame on the LBX is known to crack, flex and warp over time, and the problem gets worse with aggressive riding, heavy power upgrades and hard off-road use. Once the frame is the weak point, every other upgrade on the bike is riding on it.

KyVex replaces the cast construction with a structure machined from a solid block of 6061 billet aluminum. The maker describes it as the first fully billet frame built for the LBX and rates it significantly stronger than the factory cast frame, with the common cracking and warping issues removed rather than reinforced.

Because every mounting point is machined to factory specification, the swap is a transfer job rather than a fabrication job: strip the stock parts off the old frame and bolt them onto this one with no modification. It suits race builds, high-power builds and full custom show builds alike.
