The Warp 9 Tapped Handlebar is a 1-1/8 inch (28.6 mm) MX bar with both ends plugged and threaded M8 x 1.25, so wrap-around hand guards bolt solid to your e-moto instead of hanging on expansion plugs. Pick the CR High or KTM SX bend in eight colors, with the numbers for both in the chart below. Not running hand guards? Aluminum grip guards and stainless bolts come in the box.

NOTE: Bar mounts are not included; the bar needs 1-1/8 inch (28.6 mm) mounts.

Expansion plugs hold until the first get-off, then they spin or pull out and the guard swings loose. Warp 9 fixes that with a threaded insert in each bar end, giving any aftermarket wrap-around guard a solid mounting point. The bar is 7010 T6 aluminum with a computer-extruded variable wall thickness that cuts vibration, and it tapers to 7/8 inch (22.2 mm) at the controls so standard levers, throttles and grips fit.

The two bends ride differently. The CR High is the taller, more upright bar at 101 mm high with 73 mm of sweep on a 790 mm width. The KTM SX sits lower at 87 mm with 60 mm of sweep and runs wider at 802 mm, which puts your hands further forward.

Warp 9 measures height from the center of the clamp area to the center of the bar end, and rise to the top bend where the grip section starts, so measure your current bar the same way before you choose. Skip the hand guards and the included grip guards still shield your grips and throttle tube when the bike goes down.
