Custom copper bus bar cell connections designed by KO are pop riveted through the battery terminals before being soldered instead of the mass-produced laser welding seen more commonly on battery packs of this type. The battery discharge leads can be removed and replaced with longer leads if needed for custom builds, different connectors, or if damaged over time without the need to open the battery or solder the connections. The KO 600A BMS is bolted directly to the CNC case which acts as one giant heat sink that allows us to wind up the power without worrying about BMS over temp power cuts. The BMS is set to 460A peak discharge for this battery.

The BMS data includes all charge and discharge data, Cell Temp, BMS temp, Datalog, Anti-theft pin code lock function, storage sleep mode function, and fault code data.IOS / Android BMS App fully integrated into the KO Moto controller App, so riders who also use a KO Moto controller alongside the Miink battery will only require one App, no second Ant or Dally BMS app required to access BMS data as seen with other batteries.
