Description
The Heavy Hitter Rogue Swingarm is a fully welded one-piece billet 6061-T6 aluminum swingarm built for the E Ride Pro platform. Developed out of necessity in a racing environment where the OEM swingarm consistently bends under hard riding through whoops, fast corner entries, and jump landings even at stock power levels. The Rogue eliminates swingarm failures as a DNF cause and protects downstream drivetrain components from the damage a bent OEM arm causes.

The 2.5" extension over stock length gives you better traction, control, and cornering speed, bringing the wheelbase to essentially the same as a Sur Ron Ultra Bee. Turning characteristics will be dependent on fork setup and rear lift linkage/triangle configuration pairing with the Heavy Hitter Adjustable Height Triangle is strongly recommended to optimize the rear shock ratio with the change in articulation caused by the extended length.
The bearing system has been completely redesigned: upgraded needle bearings carry a static load rating of 6,500 lbf per bearing versus the OEM rating of only 1,030 lbs per bearing. The jackshaft retaining sleeve is machined from 52100 nitrided steel, which significantly increases the strength of the entire jackshaft system and corrects the bearing side load issue seen on stock bikes. The center cross support has been lowered so the chain routes around it rather than through it the same layout used on traditional motocross swingarms. A machined steel brake bracket retaining pin and forged steel brake block add further durability over the OEM design. Captured axle blocks with easy single-tool adjustment and axle block adjusters are included.
