kyvex-billet-cush-jack-e-moto
KyVex Billet Aluminum Cush Jack for E-Motos

The KyVex Billet Cush Jack is a cushioned rear sprocket hub for the Sur Ron LBX, the E Ride Pro-S and the E Ride Pro-SS 2.0. CNC-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum, it replaces the stock hub as a direct bolt-on with all hardware included, in six anodized colors: Black, Silver, Blue, Red, Gold and Purple.

Fitment:

Sur Ron LBX

E Ride Pro-S / Pro-SS

Note: 10mm jackshaft compatible, not compatible with 12mm jackshaft E Ride Pro models.

Every time you open or close the throttle, the rear sprocket hub takes a shock load. Without cushioning, that load goes straight through the chain, the sprocket and the jackshaft. KyVex points out that on high-power builds the repeated hits wear those components out early, and most riders do not notice until something is already damaged.

The Cush Jack is designed to absorb and dampen the rotational shock on both acceleration and deceleration. KyVex reports smoother power delivery, less drivetrain wear and a quieter, more controlled ride, with the biggest gain on bikes where the controller and motor have outgrown the stock parts.

Installation is bolt-on: the hub drops in where the stock component came out, lines up to factory spec and needs no fabrication or specialist tools. If you have already upgraded power, suspension or the rest of the drivetrain and left the cush drive stock, this is the part still missing.
