Product Info

A custom tool from DirtyBike that lets you remove the Sur Ron Ultra Bee mid shaft while keeping the swingarm in place. It is for bearing maintenance and primary chain or belt replacement, and it doubles as a pusher for installing the suspension link needle bearings.

Fitment:

  • Sur Ron Ultra Bee

Pulling the jackshaft on an Ultra Bee normally lets the swingarm drop out of alignment, and lining everything back up for reassembly is the slow part of the job. DirtyBike's swingarm alignment tool lets you remove the mid shaft while the swingarm stays where it belongs.

Use it any time you are doing bearing maintenance or replacing the primary chain or belt. Remove the midshaft nut, then use the tool to start pushing the shaft out. The tool stays on the right side holding the swingarm, so you pull the mid shaft out just far enough to lift the mid shaft assembly clear. The swingarm never moves, and installation alignment is much easier.

The same tool works as a pusher for installing the suspension link needle bearings. A DirtyBike exclusive.
