Segway's dirt bikes came out of its partnership with Sur Ron, and the X260 is basically the same bike underneath as the Light Bee X, so this page carries the full Sur Ron LBX catalog tagged for Segway: controllers, suspension, wheels, drive kits, brakes, lighting, protection, swingarm hardware and the Heavy Hitter parts we design and test ourselves.
What to know before you order
Rotors: our OEM replacement front rotor is a direct install on all Sur Ron and Segway models, including the X160. 220mm rotor upgrades need a caliper spacer on Segway, same as Sur Ron.
Drive: the Heavy Hitter 420 primary chain drive conversion kit lists Segway alongside Sur Ron, so it is the belt-delete option here too.
X160: the X260's smaller sibling. Most brake and rotor parts list both models; check the fitment tab for everything else.
Segway no longer publishes X260 or X160 spec pages, so we list fitment product by product rather than quoting factory numbers we cannot verify.
