E Ride Pro builds full-size electric dirt bikes around one idea: swappable 72V Samsung lithium packs, adjustable FastAce suspension, and enough aftermarket headroom to grow with the rider. We sell the full lineup, stock parts for every platform, and ride these bikes ourselves, so what follows is the straight version of what each one is and who it fits.

What the platform gets right
- Swappable Samsung lithium packs. Every model runs a removable 72V battery, so a second pack doubles your ride time without waiting on a charger.
- Adjustable regen and ride modes. Thumb-adjustable regenerative braking across the lineup, with Bluetooth tuning apps on the newer platforms.
- FastAce suspension with real upgrade paths. Solid out of the box, and the internals can be revalved or upgraded as you get faster.
- Wheel interchangeability with Surron. E Ride Pro and Surron wheels interchange, which opens up one of the biggest wheel catalogs in the e-moto world.
Parts and upgrades
We stock a dedicated parts catalog for every platform: Pro-S, Pro Mini R, Pro-SS 2.0, Pro-SS 3.0, Pro-SS 4.0 and Pro-SR.
Our in-house Heavy Hitter line covers the parts nobody else was building for these bikes. We ride, race and break this hardware ourselves, then fix what failed: the E Ride skid plate, the 420 primary chain conversion with 7075-T6 billet sprockets that fits both E Ride Pro and Surron with proper sprocket alignment, and billet swingarms and suspension triangles built and tested on our own SR. For power, EBMX X9000 controller kits cover the tunable-power side, and the long seat conversion is one of the most popular comfort upgrades on the SS platform.
What to expect when you order
Every bike listing shows an estimated ship date. Once your order is placed we prep and inspect the bike, you get tracking the moment it ships freight, and it arrives mostly assembled. Before the first ride, check the battery: E Ride's smart BMS ships in storage mode, and waking it is a ten second button hold (covered in the first question below). If anything is damaged or fails, contact us and we handle it with you.
Common questions
My bike arrived and does not power on. What now?
E Ride Pro batteries use a smart BMS for storage. If the bike will not turn on out of the box or after sitting for weeks, find the single button on the top cap of the battery and hold it for 10 to 15 seconds until the indicator lights cycle. That wakes or sleeps the pack.
Does the turbo button still do anything?
No. The button is still on the switch panel because that panel also handles regen and power mode selection, but Sport mode already gives you full power at all times. E Ride may repurpose the button in a future revision.
How does the Pro-S compare to a Surron Light Bee X?
Same class of bike, different spec sheet. The Pro-S runs a 72V system with a 49 MPH top speed and 17 inch wheels front and rear, which favors street tire options; the Light Bee X runs larger 19 inch wheels that favor off-road. We stock parts for both platforms, so pick on fit and riding style rather than brand loyalty.
Is there a warranty?
E Ride backs these bikes with a manufacturer warranty of 1 year or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first, covering defects in materials and workmanship on components including frame, motor and battery. Wear items, crash damage and unapproved modifications are not covered, and battery coverage applies if capacity drops below 70 percent in the warranty period. The warranty is only valid when the bike is bought from an authorized dealer, which we are, and we help you file your claim.
Do E Ride bikes have a speed restriction?
Yes, they ship governed, and derestricting is a single wire. We show the whole thing in our video walkthrough. Fair warning before you pull the plug: removing the limiter voids the manufacturer warranty and the bike's speed rating, so safety and street legality become the rider's responsibility. Off-road use only.
Deciding between two of them? Ask our tech team. We ride these bikes, so you will get a straight answer, not a pitch.
